Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their account.

Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines vary by brand and destination and are communicated at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within the window specified per brand policy, subject to item condition.

Limitation of Liability

MENNA’s liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable Saudi law.
