Welcome to MENNA. MENNA is a Saudi Arabia–based digital platform that connects customers with independent designers and brands. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Second: Platform Role

MENNA operates solely as an intermediary platform that facilitates transactions between customers and independent sellers. MENNA is not the manufacturer, seller, or owner of the products listed on the platform.

Third: User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, users may be required to create an account. Users agree to:

3-1: Provide accurate, current, and complete information

3-2: Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials

3-3: Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account

Fourth: Orders and Payments

4-1: All payments made through the platform are processed using secure payment methods

4-2: Prices displayed on the platform are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT)

4-3: By placing an order, users agree to pay the full amount as displayed at checkout

Fifth: Shipping and Delivery

5-1: Orders are fulfilled and shipped by the respective sellers or third-party logistics partners

5-2: Delivery timelines may vary depending on the seller and location

5-3: MENNA shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers

Sixth: Returns and Refunds

6-1: Returns are subject to MENNA's return policy and the respective seller’s conditions

6-2: Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected

6-3: Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment method

Seventh: Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MENNA's liability shall be limited to the total value of the transaction in question. MENNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Eighth: Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of MENNA or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Ninth: Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
